Subscriber will visit e-NPS website https://enps.nsdl.com/

Enter all the details and click on Generate OTP

Click here to Apply Online for APY Application

Check Aadhar Consent check box and click on proceed button

OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered with Aadhaar database. Enter

the OTP received and click on Submit Button

Note down the acknowledgement number for future correspondence or to

complete the APY registration on other day.

Enter Personal Details and click on Confirm button

Tick the Declaration By Subscriber and click on Save & Proceed Button

Enter Nominee Details and click on Save button

Click on Confirm & Proceed button

Cross Check all the details and click on proceed button

Subscriber will be prompted to eSign the APY Registration Form, Click on ESign
