in the Village of Greenport at one designated Taxi Stand
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Greenport is soliciting bids for Taxi Services in the Village of Greenport at one designated taxi stand, beginning the Friday through Monday of Memorial Day weekend, with the last weekend to be the Friday through Monday of Labor Day weekend. (For all other Seasonal/Summer month dates, “weekend” shall be defined as specified times on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.)
Requirements and services will in-clude, but not be limited to:
• Availability from 2:00 p.m. through 4:00 a.m. on Friday through Sunday dur-ing the Summer season (which is iden-tified as Memorial Day through Labor Day), and also the Monday of Memorial Day weekend and the Monday of Labor Day weekend.
• Proof of all valid and current NYS-DMV and NYSTLC certifications and licenses as required by New York State law must be provided.
• Proof of all valid and current NYS-DMV and NYSTLC insurance cer-tificates as required by New York State Law must be provided.
• Proof of all valid and current driv-ers’ licenses as required by NYSDV

with the specifications of the Village of Greenport and New York State General Municipal Law Section 103. The Pro-posal Price shall exclude any federal, state or local taxes; from which the Vil-lage of Greenport is exempt. The Village of Greenport reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
