ACTIVITY 8 TIWI BY DESIGN - all day 7.30am - 5.45pm - $319pp Take a 2.5 hour cruise to the Tiwi Islands. Be met by a Tiwi local for Welcome to Country & a traditional morning tea (damper and a cuppa). Visit the Culture Museum, the historic Mission Precinct then to Tiwi Design for lunch & to work with a Tiwi artist to create your own work of art – Tiwi style. ACTIVITY 9 WALK DARWIN - 2 hours - 2 - 4pm - $30 pp Providing you a local’s perspective of the city, hear of past events in history and current happenings around town as you traverse the streets, crossing paths of pioneers. The walking tours are leisurey paced and the commentary is spoken by a local, not a recording. Visitors get a real sense of the city and can stop and take photographs at their leisure. The electric transporter is silent and feels like it glides across the ground burning no fuel leaving no carbon deposits. Segways Tours will operate a guided tour of the George Brown Botanic Gardens. ACTIVITY 10 TERRITORY WILDLIFE PARK, Berry Springs - 1.30 - 5pm - 4 hours - $95pp The Territory Wildlife Park is your essential introduction to the native flora and fauna of the Top End. It is set within 400 hectares of natural bushland presenting a diverse range of habitats including monsoon forest, woodland and wetlands, showcasing the unique flora and fauna of the Top End of the Northern Territory.
