Introduction

100% Angolan Company, with headquarters in Luanda, Angola with a common registered brand, “Simples Oil & Gas” is a pioneer services provider for Oil & Gas operators working in Angola since 2005. Currently, we employ over 200 workers in a different segments, all teams are committed to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.

We at Simples Oil & Gas are committed to contributing to Angola’s growing energy market. At present we are the leading local service provider to E&P companies working in Angola. As we are entering into new era of business, we aim to become the leading local oil & gas Exploration & Production Company in the country by aggressive exploration & production activities, through the use of innovation and technology. Apart from building on our upstream portfolio we are also committed to exploring opportunities in other energy sectors. Grupo Simples Oil Lda, has received operatorship of Kwanza onshore Block “KON-06”. Also has working partnership in KON-09.In order to strengthen our portfolio in Angolan energy market, form-in opportunities in Exploration & Production assets of Offshore Blocks are also being evaluated.

Simples Oil & Gas, as part of our Asset Integrity Management Systems, provides a CUI (corrosion under insulation) service. We also provide high quality industrial insulation systems. We deliver innovative insulation solutions from the fabrication process through to installation, where we utilize a wide range of insulation materials ranging from traditional metallic to non-metallic claddings.

We offer an expansive inventory of specialized tools for drilling activities. High-pressure BOPs and other surface and downhole equipment are available for conventional drilling applications. Rental equipment packages are also available for coiled tubing (CT) and snubbing-related services. We meet client’s specific project and equipment needs with our wide range of tools and tubulars of the highest quality.
