Key Purpose of Program

To cultivate, reinforce and promote a culture of volunteerism and service through a program of recognition.

We reward what we value. The PHSF program rewards, by recognition,

those individuals (including non-Rotarians) who provide volunteer service to others.

The PHSF program is meant to reinforce our values and our motto of –

“SERVICE ABOVE SELF.”

Thanks for participating.Final Comments:

This is a pioneer program in our district and we appreciate your forbearance and cooperation. We ask that each club observes the guidelines, but feels free to modify them to what works best and correlates with the club’s consensus.

Each club will share their positive and negative experiences at the Mid-Terms and we hope to derive further and modified standard guidelines at that time, based on our joint experiences.
