What you need to know: All guest rooms and dining rooms are non-smoking rooms. Separate smoker’s lounge. Your room will be ready at 3 pm and we request that you leave the room by 11 am on the day of your departure. (Please inform us by telephone if you will arrive later than 7 pm.)

Price reduction for a room with breakfast: € 10.– per adult per day, € 5.– per child per day from the half-board’s price. (No discount available for package offers.)

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our hotel. Room layout can vary in sice and furniture. Price in the doubleroom valid from two full-rate guests on.

Terms and conditionsFor confirmed reservations, we request a deposit payment of € 250.– per room (€ 500.– for family apartments) via bank transfer within two weeks, to our account at Hypo Bank Schladming: (IBAN: AT43 5600 0206 5301 2900, BIC CODE: HYSTAT2G). Court of jurisdiction is Schladming/Austria. Unless otherwise indicated, the Austrian Hotel Industry Terms and Conditions will apply to all reservations.

PaymentWe generally recommend payments be made using a MAESTRO card (for Austria, Germany and The Netherlands), or in cash! We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard (Diners Club).

Cancellation conditions For stays cancelled 8 weeks or more in advance, we will refund your down payment minus a processing fee of € 30.–. For cancellations after 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival, the down payment will not be refunded. In the event that your holiday must be cancelled within 3 weeks of your arrival date, we must charge you the amount of the booking minus meal costs of € 18.– per person per day. This also applies in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.

Holiday cancellation insuranceAnd what if something happens in the meantime? You will receive an information brochure from our partner, European Travel Insu-rance, with your reservation confirmation. We recommend that you take advantage of comprehensive trip and holiday insurance.
