Saving Fonts with Presentations
You can save the fonts used with your presentation to be sure these same fonts are used if you show your presentation on a different computer.
In order to do this you must save your presentation with embedded fonts.

Spell Checking
• Don’t forget to check your presentation for spelling errors!
• Don’t assume that the program spell checker is always correct…in either direction
• If spellchecker does not identify a word as correct, it may be a word not found in its dictionary… don’t assume the word you entered is not correct
• If spellchecker misses a word, make sure you have proofread the presentation too
