Wired up and staying connected during the summer!

T-iN-T Summer Trainings

• Trainings will focus on the following National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers (NETS-T):– 2.c. customize and personalize learning activities to address students’

diverse learning styles, working strategies, and abilities using digital tools and resources

– 3d. model and facilitate effective use of current and emerging digital tools to locate, analyze, evaluate, and use information resources to support research and learning

– 4.b. address the diverse needs of all learners by using learner-centered strategies and providing equitable access to appropriate digital tools and resources

– 5a. participate in local and global learning communities to explore creative applications of technology to improve student learning

• A small breakfast will be provided at each of the trainings

June 8th – Mobi Training July 29th – Mimio TrainingAug. 5th – AVerPen Training

• Workshop Objectives:– Learn to use Interwrite Mobi software tools– Use the tools in conjunction with document camera– Use document camera’s annotating software tools– Use Mobi in conjunction with Mimio software tools– Review through eInstruction’s Lesson bank and save

lessons for your gallery– Record lesson videos, save, and playback lessons

using Mobi

JUNE 8th – Using Interwrite Mobi Software

Time: 9:00am – 1:00 pm

Where: Calallen East Primary’s New Computer Lab (next to library)

• Workshop Objectives:– Learn to use Mimio Studio software tools– Use the tools in conjunction with document camera– Use document camera’s annotating software tools– Use Mimio in conjunction with Mobi software tools– Review through Mimio Lesson bank and save lessons

for your gallery– Record lesson videos, save, and playback lessons

using Mimio

July 29th – Using Mimio Studio Software

Time: 9:00am – 1:00 pm

Where: Calallen East Primary’s New Computer Lab (next to library)

• Workshop Objectives:– Use the AVerPen software tools with the

following packs: teacher, starter, and/or class packs

– Learn to use the interactive pen with document camera

– Use the AVerPen in conjunction with Mobi and/or Mimio software

– Record lesson videos

Aug. 5th – Using the AVerPen’s A+ Software

Time: 9:00am – 1:00 pm

Where: Calallen East Primary’s New Computer Lab (next to library)

• These trainings are NOT mandatory and are only offered to Calallen and Odem teachers that are wanting to have a head start in learning and exploring the classroom tech tools for the upcoming school year
