We will work with you to create a beverage package that best fits your budget. Palace Theater Staffing Fees Includes floor plan set-up, cleaning crew (post-event), building manager, security and special events staff. $1250 Catering The Palace preferred caterer is Verbena Catering Company. They have been selected because they are among the best in the business and are trusted professionals familiar with the venue’s layout. “At Verbena Catering, our love is in the details.
