Project Design/Ahwahnee Principles Development will target Sun Valley’s need for more housing. Development will incorporate an integrated community

through mixed use development. Development will incorporate housing, jobs, transportation

and culture within the infrastructure. Development will be based on an already existing

infrastructure. Development create a vibrant economy and spark community

revitalization. A pedestrian friendly environment will be created through

redeveloping the aesthetics of the community.
