Please continue to remember those that due to preexisting health issues have been confined to their homes. We also ask that you remember Brother Harvey Key in the loss of his son Greg. Please lift him and his family up in prayer and seek out ways to encourage him during this time. We had hoped that on Mother’s Day we could begin re-assembling at the building for worship, but after much prayer and discussion and out of an abundance of caution we have chosen to push that back and not meet on Mother’s Day. We understand and appreciate everyone’s desire to be together for worship and fellowship, but we feel the prudent thing to do is to wait and reassess during the month of May. We will be evaluating the Governor’s updates and recommendations along with the results of social distance restrictions being eased in our community. At this time we do not have a specific date in mind to begin worshipping at the building, but as soon as we feel confident that we can safely come together again we will let the congregation know. We are thankful for everyone’s patience, understanding and endurance during these unprecedented times. As a reminder we will be at the building on Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 and on Sunday from 9:00 to 10:00 to pass out communion cups. You can also drop off your contribution. The congregation has been blessed by your generosity and diligence about sending in your contribution. The needs and ministries of the church continue and your efforts in this matter are very important. We know that this virus has brought financial uncertainty and disruption of our routines. We ask that, if for whatever reasons you may have had to limit your contribution over the past few weeks, now that the government has issued the stimulus checks please remember to take this opportunity to give to the Lord’s work at Lascassas. We ask that you continue to pray for God’s church throughout the world and at Lascassas and remember our country’s leaders and those working to contain, treat, and cure this virus. “By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:35 In Him, Ernie, Keith, TJ and Greg Please join us online Facebook: www.facebook.com/lascassascoc Twitter: https://twitter.com/LascassasCoC Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ lascassascoc/

SUMMER QUARTER

Our Summer Quarter will begin in June. We do not know when we will be meeting for services again. However, we

are just working on being prepared for when we can resume Bible classes. We might have to restructure classes

slightly once we get our guidelines to reopen. We are asking Spring Quarter teachers to consider staying with

their classes for the Summer Quarter. If this is not possible, we understand! A sign up link was sent out via email for the Summer Quarter. Please do not hesitate to contact Adam & René Keeton if you have any questions.
