IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS
As it pertains to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the following additional
rules/laws/regulations shall apply to all exhibitors entering these shows. Exhibitors
agree to hold the show giving club, the German Shepherd Dog Club of America and
the American Kennel Club harmless in respect to these rules. Exhibitors entering
these shows do so at their own risk understanding that the club will abide by all
rules and laws of the city, county, state and local municipalities. These rules may
change between the release of this premium list, the closing time for entries and up
to the starting time of the event. Every effort will be made to keep all exhibitors
apprised of such changes. Any changes to said rules/laws/regulations will be sent
out with the exhibitor acknowledgements and the show giving club will post any
changes to said rules/laws/regulations at the event site 30 minutes prior to the time
of judging.
No one may attend these events if they (or any family member) have active Covid-
19 or have tested positive for Covid-19, or are otherwise not in good health. (If any
exhibitor has previously tested positive they must be able to provide proof of
antibodies).
All Federal, State and Local guidelines MUST be followed, without exception, i.e.,
the use of gloves, masks, social distancing, etc. apply to all participants. Hand
sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be supplied by the host club(s).
There will be no common grooming area provided by the event giving club(s).
A minimum of 6 feet between exhibitor set-ups will be maintained. There will be
no sharing of equipment, including chairs.
Judges will use hand sanitizer after examining each dog and will instruct the handler
to show teeth and bites.
Handlers WILL NOT bring client dogs to the show site if the client or anyone in the
client’s family had, were symptomatic for or tested positive for Covid-19.
Any individual violating these rules will be asked to leave.

NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS. . .
SEVERAL CHANGES have been made to this year's premium list. You are advised to read it carefully and follow all the instructions. The AKC has stated that NO ENTRIES are to be accepted WITHOUT SIGNATURES. Please be sure to sign your entry form and provide
correct information. If you are entering via PayPal, there is a $2.50 per dog/per event handling fee. (i.e., a dog entered in both Conformation shows will require an additional $5.00/per
day/dog.)
ALL PAYMENTS for ENTRIES are to be made payable to ANN AKERILL, not the individual club.
If you have provided us with your e-mail address, you will receive your acknowledgement via e-mail. This is in an attempt to keep
costs down for our clubs which keeps the cost of your entries down.
Please verify all information on your acknowledgement for
accuracy of spelling, dates and registration numbers. We strive to be perfect and appreciate your assistance in this effort.
Should there be any entry corrections prior to closing, please call
me at 360-669-0649 or fax legible changes to 360-669-0648 as soon as possible. Closing is 6 p.m. PACIFIC TIME on Wed., June 24, 2020, which gives you as much time as possible to get your entries
in. No entries will be accepted after that time.
You are reminded to exercise your dogs outside of the show site, in the well-marked areas designed for that purpose! Please help us
keep this facility for future events!
