# SunEdge allocates 15% of the Company's monthly PV as Director Bonus (DB). This is computed by a “Point Sharing System” based on the Director Bonus points earned by the qualifiers. DB Point value varies each business month and is computed monthly as per the formula shown below:

7. LEADERSHIP OVERRIDING BONUS (20%)
# SunEdge allocates 20% of the Company's monthly PV as Leadership Overriding Bonus (LOB). This is computed by a “Point Sharing System” based on the LOB points earned by the qualifiers. LOB Point value varies each business month and is computed monthly as per the formula shown below:

* Qualification Condition – 1. Leadership Overriding Bonus (LOB) is payable to Pearl Director and above 2. To Qualify for LOB qualifiers must have 70,000 PV group business from
single leg with at least one qualified Silver Director 3. If your silver director downline does not have a GPV 70,000 PV then GPV
of qualified / unqualified silver directors is rolled up till 70,00 PV is achieved.
4. There is a ‘Minimum Guarantee’ of at least 80,000 PV 5. In case your personal Group PV is not 70,000 the difference is rolled up to
the next qualified silver director from the points collected by you. 6. Your LOB point is calculate as per LOB chart and your rank % slab
