PBT/ABS, PBT/ASA, ABS/PET alloys and GF reinforced. alloys

Main Content
Objects: engineering plastics such as PC/PBT, PC/PET ,PBT/PET have good
mechanical properties (flexural modulus etc.) but their main defects are poor heat
stability due to over ester exchange
Advantage: accomplish excellent heat stability under high temperature and strong
shear conditions by “repairing” of low molecular weight degraded polymers and
“suppressing the ester exchange”. keep intrinsic viscosity, avoid appearance
yellowing and crazing.
Recommended Product: SAG-005 ;
Recommended Dosage (% w/w): 2~3%.

Main Content
Objects: Weak interfacial bonding between glass fiber and ABS , AS, polyester
result in inefficient load transfer and this significantly decreases the mechanical
properties of the glass fiber reinforced composites.
Advantage: The epoxy group of SAG can react with functional groups of fillers
such as glass fiber, talcum powder, leading to the formation of “nuclear- shell”
composite and improving physical and mechanical properties.
Recommended Product:SAG-008;
Recommended Dosage (% w/w): 2~5%.

Main Content
Objects: act as polymeric chain extender of degraded polymers such as PET、PBT、
PC、PA、TPU and biodegradable materials such as PLA、PBS、PHA、PHB、PCL.
Advantage: to restore the original molecular weight and intrinsic viscosity as well as
melt viscosity, increase the melt strength of degraded polymers, improve processability of
low quality recycled plastics, essentially.
