ADULTPROGRAMS ADULT CODING (Back for more!) Mondays 6:30-7:30pm * 4 WEEK SESSIONS* 5/6/19-5/27/19 Are you interested in learning code? Join us for this intro class to basic programming. 4 week sessions. Bring your own laptop if you have one. We have a limited supply of RICC Laptops.

CHILDREN/TEEN PROGRAMS WORKOUT WARRIORS- Train like a Fighter (Ages 12+) * Price is for 8 classes a month Saturdays 5:00-6:00pm, Sundays 2:00-3:00pm No longer the weakened but the strong. For this workout is a quick, high energy workout that includes the following; - Fundamental Boxing w/pads and partner gloves - Krav Maga combatives & Self Defense - Body Conditioning through a series of circuit training.

SATURDAY REIKI 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month ( 5/11 & 5//25) 11:00-2:00pm Another additional class very similar to our Tuesday Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administrated by “laying hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen life force flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. 15-min sessions will be available for 4 individuals. First come, first serve. Register early to secure your spot!

WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE- only 20 spots available *One time only* *5/21/19 7:00-9:00pm This is the second time around for this women’s self defense class, presented by Krav Maga. In this class we wish to train everyone to be able to protect themselves or their loved ones when faced with a violent encounter. In this seminar, you will learn basic fundamental skills of self defense. *Please wear comfortable clothing

YOUR KEY TO PLANT WORLD Sunday May 12th and Sunday May 26th 10:00-1:00pm This is an educational class that will help participants recognize and appreciate the surrounding wild plants, trees, shrubs native or non-native. They can range from backyard plants to those on reservations. $5 TONG REN GROUP Tuesdays 6:00-6:45pm We are doing it in a group session and the practitioner will walk everyone through all the steps. Tong Ren utilizes a universal energy source to remove blockages and restore the body’s natural ability to heal, even when illnesses are chronic, debilitating or otherwise untreatable. The practitioner directs chi to blockage points corresponding to the patient’s condition, which breaks down resistance in this areas. $5

The Randolph Department of Community Programs seeks to enrich the lives of Randolph Residents through our programs, events and services. Our Senior Outreach Team seeks to provide for the physical, social and emotional needs of Senior
Citizens (ages 60+); helping them to lead independent, stimulating and self-reliant lives.

This program teaches the basics of writing JavaScript. We start with programming simple shapes and colors and will move on to functions.

We now rent out our multi-purpose room for birthdays and showers on Sundays! There are a few different time options to choose from. ALL parties come with tables, chairs and a party assistant! Additional packages
are available as well. Spots do fill up quickly, so if you are interested in reserving your space please email our Special Events
