SUNRAIL STRUCTURE© DESIGN FEATURES SUNRAIL STRUCTURE © ANCHORED RACKING FOR BIFACIAL MODULES Ultra Resistant, Light, All Aluminum Innovative Design. Highly resistant to corrosion without anodizing, 6000-series structural aluminum alloys and 304 stainless steel components offer outstanding quality and durability. Strong beams allow very large spans, reducing system weight and price. Lower Number of Anchors than Most Systems. System is engineered to re- duce required anchors, due to high structural solidity. Save cost by reducing anchor number, accelerate anchored systems installation. High profile, Large Air Gap. Modules are elevated over 11 inches from the roof, allowing for heavy snowfall before modules are covered with snow. Inverter Racking. Most inverters can be installed directly on the rail for mini- mal additional cost and shorter wire runs. Clicloc * Quick-Connect & Grounding Clamp. Uses the best technology in the market : the module clamp clicks in the rail, slides in place and locks the mod- ule in place, while providing UL 2703 compliant grounding solution. Advanced Wire and Roof Management. Engineered channels allow to man- age wires directly on the rails. Compatible with most wire clips. Lots of room to work under the panels. Roof can be easily maintenanced without removing the array. CAN BE RATED UP TO 140 MPH (HURRICANE PROOF). * Clicloc is a trademark from FATH USA. MADE IN CANADA

Unique Ultra-Light, Robust ExtrusionsThe SunRail Structure (SRS) was designed specifically for snowy areas, and uses as lit-tle aluminum as required to resist seamleas-sly to decades of demanding winter envi-ronments. The SRS can withstand the most extreme conditions, like hurricanes.

Span between vertical posts up to 14 feet al-lows for a low amount of components, fast assembly and a light system with few an-chors required to hold the system down.

Adjustable Height & High profile over 11”Open arrays allows hot air to be evacuated. Builds over and around obstacles.

High profile allows for modules to stay out of snow during winter, and snow sliding on the modules does not pile up on the modules.

Fully adjustable to follow roof’s uneveness.

fastest pV installation & integrated Bonding:

Cliclocs are the best option in the industry for panel clamps : quick and simple to use, provide UL 2703 listed grounding. Insert the Clicloc in the rail, move it in place, torque it down. Fastest installation clamp on the market. Fit most module frames.

Open Arrays for Max sun Reflection:

System was designed to have large open arrays in order to avoid block-ing the sun‘s reflections from under the panels.

Specifically designed to maximize the efficiency of white roof membranes and bifacial PV modules.

Allows easy roof maintenance.

High-end software design & simulationsOpsun uses the most advanced aviation-grade 3D design softwares to create each custom system.Engineering includes structural assess-ment of the array against snow and wind loads, minimal linear load and dead loads on the roof and optimization of the sys-tem to reduce the number of components used to a minimum, while maintaining high structure solidity.

engineering and installation plans Opsun offers among the most complete and detailed plans in the industry for each project.Building Permit Plans allow easy and fast building permit application.Installation Plans hasten installations by showing in details how and where to in-stall each components of the system.

designed to reduce number of roof anchors:

Opsun’s SRS racking was imagined to reduce the number of anchors for a zero ballast, flat roof project.

Extremely solid extrusions, coupled with high-end engineering exper-tise allows Opsun to reduce signifi-cantly the number of anchors, or ballasts used.

GAF-approved anchors designed specifically for TPO roofs are easy to use, and safe for the roof.

Ballasted systems also possible.
