SUPER BOWL XLVIII PLAYBOOK: GAMEDAY PREPARATION WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR THE BIG GAME! GAMEDAY ESSENTIALS PROHIBITED IN STADIUM GAMEDAY TRAVEL ROUTES WHEN YOU ARRIVE Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” OR One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) AND Small clutch bags, 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap, can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bag options. • Make sure you have your tickets ready and purchased ahead of time. • Don’t forget to wear your layers! • Alcohol (unless purchased at MetLife Stadium) • Animals (except assistive animals) • Banner (any object that obstructs the view of another) • Beach Balls • Beverage (unless purchased at MetLife Stadium) • Camcorders • Containers of any type: Aerosol Cans Coolers (of any size) Bottles • Food (unless purchased at MetLife Stadium) Stadium Entry Pavilions, which open at 2 PM, will serve as the main entry and security checkpoint into MetLIfe Stadium. Stadium Entry Pavilions may include musical entertainment as well as officially licensed Super Bowl XLVIII merchandise sales. After arriving at MetLife Stadium, head to the most convenient Stadium Entry Pavilion. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid delays and speed the entrance of all spectators. After going through the Pavilions, prepare to get your game face on as you enter Gameday Fan Plaza which will feature the Vince Lombardi Trophy, live entertainment, ice sculptures, the Super Bowl XLVIII Roman Numerals and much more!
