After Hours Events Schedule of Events Thursday 27th January 2011 THE WELCOME COCKTAIL PARTY 18:00 - 20:00 This party will kick off the Super Yacht Challenge and give everyone an opportunity to mix and mingle. This will be held at the Admirals Inn Pillars; guests will be greeted at the door with Prosecco followed by a selection of mouthwatering finger foods and a fully stocked bar. Also in attendance will be the Rio Band playing the original Caribbean instruments. BY INVITATION ONLY Something to do After: Regatta Special Dinner @ the Admirals Inn Friday 28th January 2011 CARIBBEAN NIGHT! 17:00 - 22:00 Immediately following the race there will be fully stocked bar waiting at the Capstans followed by a Caribbean Barbeque. The entertainment for the evening will be provided by a DJ and a competition will be held for the loudest Caribbean style shirt. Get your shirts ready and come on down for a cool sundowner! *Prizes will be awarded LIMITED ADVANCED TICKETS: $100EC or 40USD (Bar and BBQ Inclusive) Saturday 29th January 2011 THE FAMOUS COOK-OFF! 18:00 - 22:00 This will give you all the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills. A local charcoal grill, coals, table, plates and cutlery will be provided. Judges will be present to see whose food reigns supreme. The food prepared should be able to feed your own crew and others if you so please. Get your recipes together and join us at the Capstans for a fun evening with entertainment by a DJ, fully stocked bar, and most importantly great food! Who will be the top chef? Prizes will be awarded.
