Updated August 2019 Tommy Manager App Guide
This document will provide an overview of the Tommy Manager App.
Menu Options
Home – The home screen will display alerts, tasks, detergent levels, wash count and occupancy.
Tasks – This view will provide a detailed look at tasks requiring completion or that have been
completed.
Detergents – The detergents page will show the amount of detergent used and remaining.
Wash Counts – The wash count page displays the count for each wash package sold, total count at the
controller and point-of-purchase, coupons, rewash details, club details and summary.
Warranty Requests – This is used when damage happens to a guest’s vehicle. In this screen, you will
be able to add warranty request and see previous reports for a specific date range.
Rewashes – The rewash screen will show a list of rewashes that have taken place and the reason for
each in a specific date range.
Employees – This screen allows you to add/remove employees as well as creating shift schedules.
Utilities – The utilities screen allows you to monitor some of the operation cost such as: water, electric,
gas, and sewer.
Inventory – Here you can monitor your parts, tools, and equipment. See when they were received as
well as current stock level.
Feedback – Guest feedback can be entered manually.
Work Logs – This is found in the upper right corner near your name. This feature allows you to clock
team members in/out.

The alerts screen will show any alarms. To remove these from the list, click the “X” on the right.
In the maintenance tasks window, you can see which tasks need to be done.
Click the arrow on the
right to assign the task to a team member.

Place the mouse over any part of wash counts pie chart to see the total quantity sold.
Placing the mouse over the detergent bar graph will show the drum size and remaining
amount in gallons.
Tasks
Choosing between Today’s, All, and Master tabs will show tasks that have been
completed and that need to be completed. The “Task Type” allows for the tasks to be
shown by type.

Updated August 2019 Clicking “Add Task” allows for a new task to be entered. There are task options when selecting the drop down
arrow next to “Type” and “Interval.”
Detergents
Manually enter a
detergent or reading
by clicking the
associated button. An
entry can be edited
or removed under
‘Actions’.

If wash counts need to
be adjusted at the end
of day, click on Add New Wash Counts to
make adjustment s.
As shown on the Home screen, you can place the
mouse over the bar graph and see the exact size of
the detergent drum or how many gallons are
remaining. The list below will show each detergent,
the total capacity of the drum, current level, and the
level that will trigger an alarm.

Searching by a specific “Status” or “Type” will
make finding the warranty request easier.
Anytime damage occurs
to a guest’s vehicle, enter
the report by clicking
“Add Warranty Request.”

Rewashes
This screen is showing the list guest that had rewashes and the reason for a rewash. Click on “Add Rewash”
and fill in the fields to track the rewash of a guest.
Under the “Reports” tab you can filter the
request by which area of the vehicle the
damage occurred or by the vehicle model.

Employees
This displays the list of team members. This list allows for team members to be add/removed/edited.
Clicking the “Shift” tab will allow for shifts to be scheduled to each team member.
Be sure to select the
cause of the rewash .

Click “Add Utility Bill” to begin populating the list.

Click the “Add Feedback” to manually add in guest feedback.
