Findings
• 57% of GP Supervisors use non GP health Professionals in the training of GP Registrars.
• 2/3 GP Supervisors believed this could help in relation to the strain on supervisors and also improve quality of training
• However the frequency of this use is minimal • The quality of instruction given to the non GP
Health Professional to support this training is minimal
• Resources to support this interaction were seen to be of benefit.

IMPLEMENTATION
GP supervisors recruited
Implementing it in general practice:
• learning resources distributed to GP supervisors
• non-GP health professionals selected based on existing relationships by the practice
• supervisors and non-GP health professionals were briefed regarding the project aims, and approach, including their roles.
• follow up and coordination by lead GP.

POST IMPLEMENTATION SURVEY
Post implementation evaluation form has been distributed to GPs and non-GP supervisors.
It will be then compared to the pre-implementation evaluation results.
Results will assist in evaluating the interprofessional relationships and develop a robust model to ensure sustainability of the program within general practice settings
