‘Sensing the now’ – An introductory approach to
mindfulness in the classroom
• Online mindfulness resources including instructional video information and guidance
• To be used with whole class from 5 – 16 years
• Developed with EPs from Tower Hamlets and John Galloway

‘Sensing the now’ will use a graduated approach to Mindfulness instruction across
six sense-based themes:Movement
SoundTouchTasteSmell Sight
Each theme contains five accessible meditation sessions of increasing length
and varying content.
