• CZELO is project based (grant from EUPRO I and II programme of the Czech MEYS)
• established in Brussels in 2005
• implemented by Technology Centre ASCR (NCPs + Strategic studies = project CZERA, EEN)
• CZELO3 (2013 – 2016)

• free of charge services to anybody interested in European and international RTDI cooperation
• focus also on higher education, innovation, entrepreneurship
