Surface Treatment Facilities As part of our manufacturing services, BPD Manufacturing Solutions offer a comprehensive spray and finishing facility to meet specific customer requirements. From our centrally located manufacturing facilities in the East Midlands we, can project manage the process from start to finish, including prototyping, tooling and finishing. The manufacturing facilities and processes are accredited to ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Our experienced and highly skilled workforce, combined with a dedicated quality management team, ensure each product is finished to the highest standard. We can offer full project management and customer liaison to establish the best possible fit within your supply chain. Facilities As well as two linear spray lines which can handle products up to 7200mm long and 2100mm high, we also have 3 spray booths up to a maximum size of 8100mm. We can work with a wide range of materials including polymers, metals and wood. Standard RAL and BS colours are available and our in house colour blending service can provide a bespoke colour matching service if required. In addition to this we can also refinish products which have been previously painted. We also offer powder coating which is cured in house to reduce lead times. Our specially mixed hybrid coating provides the optimum mix of weatherability and adhesion.
