Two oils I can’t live without

Lavender

Widely used for its calming and relaxing qualities, it canhelp ease feelings of tension. It’s also my favourite foroccasional skin irritations and imperfections. Spray on apillow for peace at bedtime. Or apply topically to minorskin issues.

Peppermint

Use for a mid-day boost when feeling fatigued or lowon energy. It can help reduce bloating, gas andoccasional indigestion. I also use it to support healthyrespiratory function when I need clear breathing. Placea drop in your hands and take some deep breaths orapply topically to the area of concern.
