demonstration where they will learn some of the
history and origins of sushi. This will be achieved
during an interactive session where will discuss
proper preparation, cooking methods, purchasing
of ingredients and rolling techniques for sushi.
The class will focus on 3 different rolls and 2 wine
pairings that will be sure to tantalize their palate as
they discover the ease of this fine art at their
stations. We look forward to having you join us for
this fun and social learning experience!
