Changes in Employment Law and Workers Compensation The West Branch Human Resource Society, in partnership with Eckert Seamens Attorneys at Law and The McCormick Law Firm, is hosting an informative workshop all about the changes in employment law and workers compensation. You won’t want to miss this half-day event! Eckert Seamens will focus on changes in FMLA, EEOC, HIPAA, and more. McCormick Law Firm will update attendees on trends in Workers Compensation and will include a little role play to demonstrate the pitfalls of Workers Compensation. Mark Fontana of Eckert Seamens has more than 30 years of experience exclusively representing management and employers in all types of labor and employment matters and related litigation. Clients cover a full range of businesses, industries and educational institutions, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, emerging growth/high technology, warehousing and distribution services, transportation, health care, colleges and universities and nonprofit institutions.
