• The tools,peer support andpedagogical expertise andmodels can also beused tointegrate other interdisciplinary themes intoteaching.

• The occasion was apart ofateaching development roadshow organized byAcademic Engineers andArchitects inFinlandTEKincooperation withuniversities.

• Formany participants this was the first time when sustainability teachers,experts or those interested initcame together inAaltoUniversity.

• The different forms ofpedagogical support inAaltoUniversity wereprofoundly presented:pedagogical mentoring andtheoretical pedagogicalcourses support each other andgive tools forteachers tointegratesustainability -aswell asother interdisciplinary themes- intheir courses.

• Teachers started planning how todo cooperation within sustainabilitytheme.

• Alist ofthose skills,competencies andattitudes that could be enhancedandsupported by this group ofparticipating experts was created.Theutilization ofthis will need coordination andsystematic marketing inAalto.AnnukkaJyrämä (Relations Manager,Research andInnovationServices,annukka.jyrama@aalto.fi )will be coordinating this.

• Teaching Partner (peer mentoring)consept isavailable forpedagogicalsupport inAaltoUniversity.

• The list ofexperts andtheir areas ofexpertise will have tobe madeintoaneasy touse tool andwill have tobe continuously marketed all accross theuniversity.

• Keep Pedagogical Support Department inAaltoinformed about the processandpossibilities ofusing anetwork of(sustainability)experts.

• Encourage the use ofthis model ofpeer support mentoring through anetwork,ofalso tointegrate other themes such asentrepreneurship inteaching.

• Bring CreativeSustainability – programme intothe network anddiscussion.

• Start regular network meetings with the sustainability experts.
