PANTAWID PAMILYA PILIPINO PROGRAM a Conditional Cash Transfer program targeted for the poorest of thepoor as assessed by the National Household Targeting System forPoverty Reduction
KALAHI-CIDSS (Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan – Comprehensive Integrated Delivery of
Social Services)a community-driven comprehensive social service program in which community members, along with their local government units, choose, design and implement sub-projects that address their most pressing needs
SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD
A program that aims to improve the socio-economiccapacity of the participants through micro-enterprisedevelopment and employment facilitation activities thatshall ultimately provide a sustainable income source.

Technical-Vocational Skills Training for Microenterprise and EmploymentDescription Grant to be utilized for the acquisition of
technical skills, knowledge and other inputs necessary in managing livelihoods and accessing jobs
Cost Parameter Maximum of P20,000 per person, per training, except in cases of pilot training projects where the full training costs may be covered
Mode of disbursement
- Direct implementation by DSWD Field Offices /Local Government Units
- Cash assistance payroll to participants- Partnership with training centers- Procurement of service providers
Cash for Building Livelihood Assets(CBLA)Description Short-term employment of program
participants for the development, rebuilding or protection of physical and natural assets to increase productivity for profitable, sustainable livelihood projects
Cost Parameter 75% of the regional minimum wage; standard period is 11 days, but may be extended up to three months as required by the scope of work
Mode of disbursement
- Cash assistance payroll to participants- Fund transfer to Provincial, City or
Municipal LGUs
Pre-Employment Assistance Fund(PEAF)Description Grant to assist SLP participants who have
potential or guaranteed employers that need financial assistance to obtain the necessary pre-requisite requirements for the job. This seeks to ensure prompt submission of requirements to access jobs
Cost Parameter Maximum of P5,000 per participant
Mode of disbursement
- Cash assistance payroll to participants- Fund transfer to Provincial, City or
Municipal LGUs
Self-Employment Assistance Kaunlaran (SEA-K) Seed Capital FundDescription Start –up capital for individual or group to
operationalize micro-enterprise and to be rolled-back to the Field Office Revolving and Settlement Fund (RSF) within a period of 2 years.
Cost Parameter Maximum of P10,000 per family or individual with special needs
Mode of disbursement
− Direct implementation by DSWD Field Offices or Local Government Units
− Check release to SEA-K Association or SEA-K individual
