SUVILAS ROYAL GARDENIA, our signature project, calls Jalahalli its home. The project is a ten level development spread across 2 acres 5 guntas of land,
wholly owned by Suvilas.
The project houses 72 luxury homes spread across two towers. Each tower houses 36 units. Every floor has only four units with no common walls with 02 lifts each.
