Suzanne Kaaki has been the Group Corporate Secretary of Bank of Beirut since 2012. In this capacity, her mission is to develop, implement and maintain a high-quality Corporate Governance framework for the Bank and the Group. Prior to joining Bank of Beirut, she worked in the Central Bank of Leba- non for 26 years, as the Legal department vice director. She was also a lawyer at a renowned law firm. Ms. Kaaki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Saint Joseph University Suzanne Kaaki Group Corporate Secretary
