Question: How do you thank God for 20 years of Ministry?
Answer: Celebrate with an Anniversary Concert!!
And on August 24th we will do just that! The concert will be
about thanking God for
allowing us the awesome honor of ministering Through Song for 20
years. In order to
best accommodate friends and family for the event we
will be selling tickets to ensure that theres adequate
seating for all who wish to attend. Details about where
and when, and ticket purchase info is listed below. It is
our desire to share an evening with friends of this minis-
try as we lift high the name of our God and King.

Anniversary Concert Tickets!
Our 20 Years of Ministry Celebration Concert will be held at
Faith Community
Church in Freeport on Sunday evening August 24th
starting at 6:00pm. The tickets are $10 each and can
be emailed to you in advance by clicking here!
For additional concert ticket information, call us at

all proceeds from the ticket sales go toward the production of
our new CD project!

Celebrating 20 Years of Gods Healing, Hope & Grace
The ministry of Suzy & Byron Chertik began a few years
before we were married. We were introduced by a friend of
Byrons who was a patient of Suzys. This friend thought
we should meet to maybe sing a duet together. So, we met
and learned our first song More Than Wonderful. We
sang it at Lazarus Tomb Coffeehouse and also at Byrons
church in Cabot the weekend of August 20th & 21st, 1994.
This set in motion the next 20 years of ministry Through Song.
Just like any endeav-
or, we had many ups and downs, stops and starts. At one point
along the way, Byron
assumed the role as manager while Suzy sang solo. In the early
days, Byron did all of
the talking during the concerts because Suzy was too nervous to
speak. Well, that has
certainly changed since now Suzy does quite a bit of
talking!
The Ministrys growing pains coincided with marriage and raising
a blended family of 5
kids. Along with the dynamics of the ministry changes, the
technical method of sharing
our ministry evolved as well. In the 1990s we used cassettes.
The early 2000s we
switched to CDs. Now, everything we do is ran through a laptop
PC to enable collab-
oration of videos by way of a projector.
Other endeavors to help build the ministry included the
formation of an official website
in 2007, the production of our CD, Through Song
in 2008, writing and producing original music, the pur-
chase (and then sale) of an RV, imprinting our Smart
car with our logo and web address, and the purchase of
a small trailer to carry all our audio and video equipment.
As always, all of this is to reach more people and to touch the
heart of God. As we
look back, all we can say is Thank you Father! Thank you so much
for all of it and for
allowing us the privilege and honor of serving You, Through
Song...

Mission Statement
It is the purpose of our ministry to glorify God through the
gifts and abilities he has giv-
en us by offering music, worship, and a message of hope. We will
strive to live holy be-
fore the Lord as we grow in our love and knowledge of Him. We
will seek Him above all
else for direction trusting in Him to work through us to heal
the broken-hearted and
bring lost souls to Himself. We will persevere in this God-given
ministry with joy and
excellence, continually honing our skills, so as to be ready in
and out of season. Our
desire is to please our Heavenly Father giving Him glory, honor,
and praise in all we do.

tools to point people
to the music and message; ultimately to draw them into a

and saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
