COMMENTS: This beautiful Swan 651 is always kept by professionals and is in outstanding condition. In the last years the owner invested in a refit (in 2008) and always upgraded (2009 – 2013) her. During the refit in 2008 a new teak deck has been laid (original Scandinavian Teak), the deck hardware has been serviced and a lots have been replaced (Lewmar deck hardware). The current boat captain mainaining her for 7 years and has made several long distance journeys with “Geronimo” (approx. 75.000 nm). She has a lot of blue water experience and is well equipped for long distance trips. She has been used just for family cruising and participates only in the cruising division in Porto Cervo for the Rolex Swan Cup, ARC and Swan Rendezvous in the Caribbean. HULL Once a year she is hauled out for new antifouling and service work. Early 2013 she got a new epoxy primer and new antifouling (soft and colour is white). Single skin GRP and new hull paint with AwlGrip in 2004 CONSTRUCTION: Keel: Finn keel / lead Steering: Wheel steering system with emergency tiller DECK Teak deck is renewed in 2008 by Scandinavian Teak Deck. During this refit all deck hardware has been serviced and a lots is replaced. Lofrans Condor electrical anchor windless mounted on deck, new in 2011. 100 m 14 mm chain with CQR anchor 105 lbs, new in 2007. Winches: Lewmar stainless steel:
