    A brief presentation of the dailyroutine in Borotin Kindergarten.

    Between 5 and 6 oclock in themorning we are paying our respectsto Mother by cleaning the Photosand doing Aarti.

    The meditation finishes before 7allowing the bedroom auntie to havetime to prepare themselves to wakeup the angels.

    At 7 oclock it is time for the children

    to wake up, brush teeth, changeclothes and prepare for themeditation.

    Childrens morningmeditation usually lastsaround 35 minutes.

    Each day a differentbedroom auntie isleading the meditations.

    The meditation can be led in different ways:

    - silent meditations, singing bhajans, watching

    parts of Mothers speeches, prayers.

    The next step is breakfast. The children aresitting according to their bedrooms accompaniedby their bedroom aunties. The capacity of the

    dining room is between 50-60 children.

    After breakfast, theschool time arrives.

    There are 4 classroomwith a total capacity of 45 children.

    The main activities in the classroom are:

    1 . Sahaja Yoga lessons

    They are the most importantlessons and they are used asmuch as possible also as asupport in the other lessons.

    2 . Language lessons

    According to their age, the childrenare taught the secrets of Englishlanguage in a fun way.

    They are learning progressively tospeak, read and write in English,each child being supported tolearn at his/her own rhythm.

    3. Math lessons

    The main areas of the math lessonsare:

    -Recognition of the numbers and shapes.

    -Understanding the concept of opposites.

    -Addition and subtraction.

    4. Art lessons

    Mother always appreciated art sothe children are motivated to learnto express their love throughcreativity.

    The lessons are introducing to the childrenthe bhajans as well as other styles of musicallowing them to develop their musical ear from an early age.

    6. Topic

    There are great variety of topics and each one hasits own part in thedevelopment of the child.

    The topics are used mostly to giveinformation about the world in which welive and the best way to behave in relationwith the environment .

    Another activity that isvery important for younglearners is the motor games.

    The motor games are a set of simple games which aremeant to help developing the proper coordinationbetween the brain and the body of the children.

    The sport lessons arealso important as thechildren are developinga lot at this stage .

    The physical workout allows the body to be stronger.

    All the sport lessons are set like games allowing thechildren to fully enjoy.

    Sundays are a very goodopportunity to have treasurehunts in the forest, searchingfor the deities, building housesout of branches and alsoenjoying the delicious berriesoffered by Mother Earth.

    Eating the salad canbe quite a challengebut with nice storiesand sweet words at

    the end they enjoy it.

    The children are encouraged to respect the silence of thedinning room as well the food given by Mother Anapurna.

    After lunch, all the children enjoy a few minutes of video.

    There are 7 bedroomsin which the children arehaving rest or other light activities like

    drawing.

    The bedroom aunties are the mummies now and thebedroom is their home for the time being in thekindergarten.

    G argling and brushing teeth is theusual routine before siesta.

    Siesta is very important for thechildren at this age so they are

    encouraged to sleep.

    In the second part of the day thechildren enjoy free activities.

    They are interacting with eachother, building up friendship.

    If the weather allows, theplayground can be a wonderfulplace full of challenges.

    The playground is equipped with:

    -2 swings

    -2 slides and a small castle

    -Sand pit

    -Many other toys

    -A lot of green space to run

    The last part of the school time isdedicated to different treatments,

    individual or collective.

    After school each bedroom has footsoak ( 1 5 minutes),the children cool down after the excitement of the day.

    Between 6 and 7 pm the children enjoy the lastmeal of the day.

    Before going to sleep, the children meditate in thebedrooms. Once a week they offer puja to Mother.
