Final Thoughts Myth Number 1 – Successful age group athletes will turn

into international athletes

Myth Number 2 – Fast tracking young age group athletes will help them become better, faster.

- Systems don’t produce athletes on their own. Singular coach-athlete long term relationships produce the performance

- Each of you ask yourself today what you can do to help to put an athlete or athletes on the team in Rio and beyond.

- For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack.     Rudyard Kipling,
