HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR DEPOSIT:
You transfer the amount of € 1,000 or € 5,000 to the Moyersoen NV bank account, stating “DEPOSIT SWISSPORT” along with your email address that you used to register on www.auctim.com. If your bank app or interface does not allow the use of the ‘@’ symbol, please replace it with ‘-at-‘, for example: John.doe-at-auctim.com
TO PARTICIPATE IN ONLINE BIDDING
To be able to participate in online bidding, your deposit must be in our bank account no later than 24h before the foreseen closing of the auction on September 10, 2020:

Without this document, your registration is incomplete and you will not be admitted to a viewing.After receiving both your deposit and application form, our auction team will contact you to determine a time slot.
PROCEDURE DURING THE VIEWING
You and your entourage are expected at building 32, 30 minutes before the start of your timeslot. Here you will receive your visitor’s pass, after which you can view the various lots. Given the limited number of par-king spaces, we ask you to carpool.
Lots from the Ground Support Equipment (GSE), maintenance & parts auction can only be viewed under supervision by authorized personnel. The shuttle bus leaves exactly at the appointed hour and the tour takes approximately 2.5 hours. Given the mandatory supervision, visitors are asked to join for the full tour.
Lots from the auction “IT and multimedia, office furniture and office furnishings and supplies” are free to view and are located at three locations within ten minutes walking distance from each other. Keep in mind that any visitor must first be checked in at building 32.

PROCEDURE
Both auctions close on September 10, 2020. The auction with Ground Support Equipment (GSE), maintenan-ce & parts closes from 10am and the IT and multimedia, office furniture and furnishings and supplies closes from 2pm. Due to the amount of lots in each auction, the actual closing will take several hours. You can see the deadline for each lot on the website. In the event that a bid is placed on a lot 10 minutes before the closing time of the online auction, the clo-sing time of the online auction for that lot will be extended by 5 minutes until no more bids are placed. This allows all potential buyers to track multiple lots and place a new bid if desired, and also eliminates the use of automated programs that can place a bid in the last possible second to gain an unfair advantage.
Approximately one hour after all lots in an auction are closed, you will receive a pro-forma invoice for all lots that you have won. This is an automated process.
If you have no highest bids, your deposit will be refunded in full within one week after the auction.
If your deposit exceeds your invoice, we will return the remaining amount within one week after the auction.
If your invoice exceeds your deposit, please reduce the total amount to be paid by the amount of your deposit.
REGISTERING FOR COLLECTION
After we receive your payment of your pro-forma invoice, you will automatically receive your invoice and a delivery note. Please bring this with you during the collection (digital or print).
After completing your payment, please contact us at [email protected]. Given the strict safety regulations at Brussels Airport, your collection day will be mutually determined and Identity details may be requested again.
