    Research Methode

    A. Research DesignIt was an experimental research with pre and post test control

    design.

    B. Research SettingResearch was conducted in laboratory of Medical Faculty in

    Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University within two months.

    c. Research SubjectThis research used twelve Rattus norvegicus from Sprague

    dawley with three months age and 150-250 gr weight.

    D. Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria

    1. Inclusion :

    a. TwentyRattus norvegicus fromsprague dawley

    b. Female

    c. Three months age

    d. 150-250 gr for weight

    2. Exclusion :

    Rattus norvegicus gets sick before research or control.

    I. Data Analysis

    This research usedPaired-t-testin each groups before and

    after treatment (gave Aloe vera juice). Blood triglycerides

    from group A, B, C and D were analysed using ANOVA test.

    Conclusion

    This research showed that giving an Aloe vera juicewith 5, 5,5 and 6 mg/kgBB/day in 14 days can decrease the

    blood triglycerides level in Rattus norvegicus induced by

    alloxan.
