Your Clarendon home and what’s includedAfter more than 35 years of building homes, we know that everyone is unique. That’s why we’ve created three different inclusion levels to suit every taste and budget. Whether you’re luxury minded, stylish at heart, or a true value seeker – our Evolution, Sapphire and Diamond inclusions have been designed to make you feel right at home.

This price list gives you the cost of each home at its respective inclusions level – so you know exactly what you’re signing up for from the get-go.

BaseBecause mandatory building fees are so often not advertised as standard, the Base price is your go-to list when comparing our homes with other homes in the market. This price covers home design with traditional façade and floorplan and nominated inclusion level throughout (ask your Sales Consultant for a full list of inclusions).

PlusOur Plus pricing includes all Base price elements, as well as all mandatory building requirement costs – so that you can better budget for your new home.

Plus package price includes Traditional facade in face brick only and does not include any applied finishes such as render, tiles, bag and paint or brick upgrades.
