– Tenderers to price Routine outcomes per annum / per ConOps score range– If an activity such as road sweeping is required to achieve an outcome such as
pavement health, the activity should be costed in the corresponding outcome row of schedule 10.04.04.
– To clarify any demarcations between routine and tactical maintenance pricing, Tenderers are to complete the key assumptions schedule 10.08
– All routine maintenance costs priced in 10.04.04 will carry forward to the 10.04.05 TAMP project list to be the sum total of the "Maintenance" stage.

– Only the service providers TAMP projects for their shortlisted zone(s) should be priced in a conforming tender.
– Tenderers are to develop a detailed price submission for the 3 year works program developed for the TAMP. Tenderers are also to provide indicative pricing for the remaining years 4-10.
– The tactical projects being put forward in schedule 10.04.05 should have supporting cost build-ups priced in the same format as schedules 10.06. The rates used in these cost build-ups should be consistent with the unit rates bid in pricing schedules 10.05 &10.06.
