Objectives: To appreciate the lio.kage between a national government agency and a local government miit. To assess the degree of preparation of both traffic enforcers as they discharge their respective responsibilities.

3. Interview any of the following: an applicant for a Health Certificate in a local health office; an applicallt for a ......UCe liume in the Ovil Registrar's Office; an applicant for a business permit m.n the Business Permit and Licensing Office.

Objectives: Review the Citizens' Charter of the local government unit and assess if the streamlining efforts (reducing the bureaucratic red tape) of a local government unit are closely foUow.ed. To identify the common complaints of applicants.

4. Interview a newly-elected Baraogay Chairman.

Objeetives: To-find out his main motivation-why ·he ran .for the post.
