Getting started with Mail for Exchange

There are 2 stages for setting up Mail for Exchange for your first use: 1. Install and start Mail for Exchange on your mobile device.(Newer devices comes with a preinstalled

email client so no need to install).

2. Create and configure a synchronization profile that controls what and when you synchronize

Synchronization updates information on your mobile device, such as e-mail messages, contacts and calendar items, with information on your Mail for Exchange account.

An application called Company Directory is also available when you install Mail for Exchange that allows you to search your company’s Microsoft Exchange server for contact information (phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc).

•Go to the Search function and enter ‘Mail for Exchange’

•You will be led directly to the location of the application

•Click to download and install accordingly.

As an alternative, you may also install using web browser on your mobile device;

• open web browser on mobile device and go to http://store.ovi.com/content/5919?clickSource=search

• login with your OVI account (please register if you do not have OVI account)
