From your web browser, go to https://law-indiana-csm.symplicity.com

Click on students

Enter your username (your

complete IU email address) and

your password. If you have forgotten

your password, contact our office.

Profile Information

Select the “profile” tab from your

tool bar menu. Here you will update

your“ Personal Information” and

your “Academic Information.”

It is VERY IMPORTANT to keep

your profile up to date.

Uploading Documents

Click the “documents” tab on the tool bar menu.

Click the “Add New” icon in the lower left corner of the page

1. Name your document in the “Label Box.”

2. Select the appropriate label for the “Document Type”

3. Click the “Browse” icon to select your document.

4. Click the “Submit” icon to upload your document.

OCI Bidding & Submitting Materials

Click on the OCI Tab from your tool bar menu.

From the “Employers/Bidding” tab locate the “Session” drop box, select the correct interview session

The page will then display the employers scheduled for that session, the location they are interviewing for and the interview date. You will only be able to see those employers you are eligible to bid on (by class year)

Click the “I” icon to display detailed information about the employer, including the documents required by the employer to place your bid.

Bid DetailsThis is where you will upload the employer

required documents. Check the “Hiring

Criteria” box for the required materials. Be

sure to click “APPLY” – The OCPD grants you

25 bids for the fall season. Be sure and only

bid on firms that you are willing to interview

with.

Job Search

Click the “Jobs & Scholarships”

tab on the tool bar menu.

Here you will find listings of all the

current job openings and their

application deadlines.

You can look for certain types of

jobs by clicking on one of the drop

down boxes.

Things to Remember:

Make sure all your bids are submitted before 11:59 p.m. on August 2nd. No late submissions will be accepted.

Check IU email regularly over the summer – this is how you will be notified that you received an interview and to sign up for a time slot.

Plan to be back in Bloomington in time to attend Bootcamp on August 17th & 18th
