Charging for any service All of your products and services can be rated and charged with Symsoft OCS, whether they are traditional telephony services or not. As long as there is a price for it, Symsoft OCS can charge for it.

True real-time charging With Symsoft OCS, service use is charged as part of the delivery process. If there are no funds or credit available for the subscriber, the service is blocked before delivery.

Interactive marketing Thanks to its real-time control, Symsoft OCS can send messages to customers based on their existing service use to proactively stimulate consumption. For example, customers that have sent 45 messages can be informed that they will be given a bonus if they send five more messages.

Flexible account structures With Symsoft OCS, you can associate several services and devices with a single customer account with individual limits for different devices or groups of devices.
