As Qatar’s oldest national shareholding company, Milaha has a rich history: The country’s first shipping agent in 1957, we were granted Qatar’s first ever commercial licence; we opened our first overseas branch in Dubai twenty years later; and over the last few decades we have continually expanded to meet the needs of the economy and a burgeoning energy sector.

Milaha plays a vital role in the offshore oil and gas industry, providing support vessels and services to field operators, developers and contractors. Our businesses provide various vessel types, equipment and personnel for the execution of offshore construction, maintenance and inspection work campaigns. Non-energy customers

Milaha offers synchronised end-to-end solutions for all your transport and logistics needs. Our 3PL services include freight forwarding, warehousing and land transport, complemented by ocean transport services. Milaha’s Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) offers regular services to the Gulf, Indian Subcontinent, South and Southeast Asia, while our feeder service operates regionally. Both importers and exporters benefit from our hassle-free, one-stop supply chain solution.

We also work with you to develop specific tailor-made solutions to cater for unique logistical challenges. In the past, we’ve managed specialised equipment and materials logistics for a wide range of businesses – from project cargoes for EPC contractors to event management and more.

Operating in the Arabian Gulf, Milaha offers complete port of call services – from shipping-agency and husbandry solutions, to marine equipment supply and shipyard services. Our role in the management of Doha and Mesaieed Ports ensures efficient entry and exit of shipping lines into local ports. We can also offer shipping lines excellent support in securing cargo, thanks to our vast knowledge and experience of local markets.

At our repair yard in Mesaieed, we assist ship owners and operators with both pre-scheduled maintenance and emergency repair work. Facilities include on and off-site repair services with synchro-lift, floating docks and long dry berth to support a full range of ship repair requirements.

Milaha Offshore

Over 25 years ago, Milaha started providing support and supply services to companies working in Qatar’s offshore oilfields. Providing specialised vessels to oil companies and EPC contractors, we rapidly expanded, strengthening our presence in an important sector of the local economy.

To meet the increased demand of the burgeoning oil and gas industry specifically the vast expansion in natural gas production from the North Field, in 2000 Halul Offshore Services Company was established as a wholly owned subsidiary. In a short time it has become one of the largest offshore support services companies in the region. The size and diversity of our modern fleet, and the unique breadth of our services, are well-recognised by all major international energy companies.

Today, our fleet includes anchor handling and supply vessels, safety stand-by boats, workboats, crew boats, and dynamic positioning (DP) vessels, allowing us to provide a complete range of diving services including saturation diving. We also own and operate the most advanced offshore maintenance, diving and underwater inspection equipment such as Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs). This means we can meet almost all requirements of the region’s major oil and gas producers.

The success of Milaha Offshore is due to a lean and flexible organisation and the ability to build long-term relationships with key players. Our presence now extends from Qatar to neighbouring countries, where we have an excellent reputation as a provider of world-class offshore support services. We are currently expanding beyond the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, while at the same time looking to strengthen our leading position within the region.

Milaha Gas owns and operates a state-of-the-art fleet of LPG and LNG carriers providing first-class services to a wide range of clients - including major international energy and industrial companies.

We partner with some of the largest gas fleet operators to provide state-of-the-art tonnage and ship management capabilities.

We are also the largest shareholder in Qatar Gas Transport Company (Nakilat), which owns the biggest LNG fleet in the world. This makes Milaha an integral part of the LNG supply chain for the State of Qatar.

Milaha Petrochem owns and manages a young fleet of product tankers and crude carriers. Given that we trade internationally in environmentally sensitive waters, safety and risk management practices are deeply embedded in our operational activities and culture. To ensure the most efficient and reliable services, we use the latest technology including real-time communication, engine performance analysis and plant management systems. In addition, Milaha operates a number of product tankers in partnership with international trading and shipping companies. The vessels operate globally and carry clean petroleum products (CPP).

Our ISO-certified systems in Quality Management (9001), Environment Management (14001) and Occupational Health & Safety Management (18001) have resulted in a blue-chip client base.

Milaha has been providing logistics services to major industrial projects for more than 30 years. Our modern fleet includes trucks, trailers, low beds, mobile cranes and other equipment. We provide complete services to EPC contractors in Qatar, from clearing and cargo-handling to transportation and handling at final destination. We also offer equipment and skilled labour for managing the warehouses of major energy upstream and downstream companies.

From air and sea-freight forwarding, to land transport and warehousing, we give our clients customised, door-to-door logistics solutions for all aspects of their goods flow. This is supported by our cutting-edge, multi-purpose warehouse in Jebel Ali, UAE. More facilities are due to follow.

Container feeder shipping

Milaha has been providing superior, reliable container transport services to GCC-based importers and exporters for more than 50 years. Today, with a modern fleet of specialised, fully-cellular container carriers, we’re a market leader in marine transport between Qatar and the UAE.

In addition to our fleet of container ships, we operate flat-top barges and towing tug boats dedicated to container feeder shipping. This combination of ships and barges allows us to provide world-class daily calls to Qatari ports from the regional trans-shipment hubs of Jebel Ali and Khorfakkan.

A testament to our service and performance, major industrial companies continue to employ Milaha Maritime & Logistics as the exclusive carrier of their exports from Qatar.

To extend our geographical coverage of container shipments and provide a more comprehensive service, Milaha Maritime & Logistics established an NVOCC arm, through our Dubai Office. We now serve more than 34 destinations and ports in 16 countries across the Gulf, Indian Sub-continent, South and Southeast Asia.

Bulk shipping

Our growing bulk shipping presence in the Gulf provides an additional dimension of support for our clients. Combining bulk shipping and chartering with our logistics capabilities, our clients can depend on us to handle their project cargo and dry freight requirements from end to end.

Shipping agencies

Our Shipping Agencies department acts as a dynamic intermediary between shipping lines and operators, as well as service providers and government authorities involved in vessel handling. Today, we enjoy a dominant presence

in the Qatari market representing world renowned global shipping lines. The department boasts an exceptional track record in delivering a wide range of services, from full representation of shipping lines to complete husbandry services for vessels calling Qatar ports.

Port services

We provide complete stevedoring operations, from containers to special cargoes, roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) vehicles to palletised products, and break-bulk to livestock. With a total commitment to quality and strong client relationships, we have an unparalleled history in this market. Our reputation as a service provider of choice has been further strengthened by a 20-year contract to provide Qatar Petroleum with services at Mesaieed Port.

Much of our success is attributed to continuous investment in staff development, giving our clients the highest level of expertise in the industry. We also use state-of-the-art equipment to improve the overall performance of our cargo handling operations.

Strategically located in Mesaieed Industrial City at the heart of Qatar’s industrial sector, our fully-equipped yard includes synchro-lift, floating docks, 5 dry berths, 300 metre repair jetties with up to 6 metres water depth and fully equipped repair yard, providing a wide range of cost effective services such as dry docking, maintenance afloat repairs, steel fabrication, mechanical repairs, machining, casting, dynamic balancing, retrofit works and electrical works.

We are agents for world-class manufacturers and international marine equipment companies, marketing their products and providing critical after-sales service.

We are the exclusive agents for Hino Trucks from Japan, Doosan from Korea, Sennebogen Cranes from Germany, and Daewoo Heavy Machinery and Construction Equipment from South Korea. What’s more, our fully equipped service centres stock spare parts and a wide range of marine and industrial lubricants.

Travel & tourism

IATA-approved and one of the first travel agencies in Qatar, we’ve been operating since 1958. We can seamlessly arrange full packages or provide individual services such as airline reservations and ticketing, accommodation and car rentals.

Real estate properties

Milaha has an excellent track record of real estate development. Over the years, we’ve evolved from developing our own operating properties into a mature developer of investment properties which create excellent long-term shareholder value.

Our main expertise lies in identifying high-potential projects and selecting the most suitable architects, engineers and contractors to partner with us. Our team also handles leasing activities and ongoing property management functions.

While the vast majority of our real estate is office space, we also develop commercial, residential and industrial property. One of our recent projects in Qatar is the Navigation Tower – a flagship Milaha project located in West Bay. This 52-floor Grade-A tower is fully leased to a blue-chip tenant under a 10-year lease agreement.

حازت وكالة السفر والسياحة التابعة لنا على ترخيص اتحاد النقل الجوي الدولي IATA، وتعد

ومن موقع ورشنا اإلستراتيجي في مدينة مسيعيد الصناعية في قلب القطاع الصناعي

بقطر، والذي يضم مركزا متكامال إلصالح السفن يشتمل على رافعات متزامنة خاصة برفع السفن

من الماء لصيانتها وإصالحها، وأحواض تسفين، وخمسة أرصفة جافة وأرصفة لإلصالحات العائمة

بطول 300 متر وبعمق يصل إلى ستة أمتار، نقوم بتقديم خدمات شاملة إلصالح السفن، والتسفين،

المصممة حصريا لنقل الحاويات، فلقد عززنا مكانتنا الريادية في مجال النقل البحري بين

قطر ودولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة.

وباإلضافة إلى أسطول سفن الحاويات التابع لنا، فإننا نقوم كذلك بتشغيل بوارج

بحرية مسطحة وقوارب سحب مخصصة لرفد الحاويات. وهذه التشكيلة من السفن

بدأت »مالحة« تقديم الدعم البحري وخدمات اإلمداد قبل أكثر من 25 سنة للشركات العاملة في حقول النفط البحرية القطرية. ومن خالل توفير السفن المتخصصة

لشركات النفط ومقاولي الهندسة والتدبير واإلنشاء، اتسع نطاق عملنا بسرعة، مما أدى إلى تعزيز حضورنا في أحد أهم قطاعات االقتصاد الوطني.

أقدم شركة مساهمة قطرية. وتعود بدايات الشركة إلى العام 1957 حيث حصلنا على أول

رخصة تجارية في البالد باعتبارنا أول وكالة شحن في قطر. وبعد ذلك بعشرين عاما، قمنا بافتتاح فرعنا في دبي، مع استمرارنا

بالنمو عبر العقود القليلة الماضية كي نلبي االحتياجات المتنامية لالقتصاد الوطني بشكل

عام، ولقطاع النفط والغاز بشكل خاص.

واليوم، يتألق اسم شركتنا الكبرى باعتبارها شركة قابضة متعددة النشاطات تتركز

اهتماماتها في النقل البحري والعمليات اللوجستية. ورغم تنوع نشاطاتنا، فقد حققت
