Habit #6Synergize
Based on the book of Stephen Covey.
I value other people’s strengths
and learn from them. I get along well with others, even people who are different from me. I work well in groups. I seek out
other people’s ideas to solve problems. I
know that “two heads are better than one”. I am a
better person when I let other people into my life and
work.
What is Synergy?“synergy” means "two heads are
better than one."
► Synergize• Synergize is the habit of creative
cooperation.• It is teamwork, open-mindedness, and
the adventure of finding new solutions to old problems.
• It's a process, and through that process, people bring all their personal experience and expertise to the table.
• lets us discover jointly things we are much less likely to discover by ourselves.
They say that, “Two heads are better than one.” Do you agree or disagree?
Why?
Everybody is different, or unique.
Where do you fall?
I work well with
others.
I’d rather
work by myself.How could you
be better at working with
others?
The Importance of Synergy
Understanding SynergizeWhen people begin to interact
together genuinely, and they're open to each other's influence, they begin to gain new insight. The capability of inventing new approaches is
increased exponentially because of differences.
Valuing differences is what really drives synergy.
