The reason of the vulnerable statethat hold all sites closed for generalusers to input your information, is aweakness of the spread smokescreenthat represents the so called secret password - the famous password. In fact, the data of private informationare public and exposed, like a citywithout walls. Using the same systemfor all communication of the WWW,facilitates the discovery andmanipulation of multiple ways todecode any binary encoding.

    SYNOPSIS

    The General Code of Language

This paper presents thediscovery ofthe General Code of Languagecomposed ofcommon traits of allspoken natural tongues.

The arrangement of the codeselements along with thebiochemicalnature of its manifestation favour theformation of a periodic table thatcomprisesall the elements of naturallanguage, including gestures, postures, and facial expressions, among others.

Medical science inasmuch ascybernetics, and implicitlylinguistics

when compared with music, image processing, chemical coding, mathematical binary issues and soundrecording - are now at animpasse dueto the absence of a code that facilitatesthe making of subtle analogies between the machine and the human body.

The code presented is the keystone bridging the biological sciences totechnology.

The General Linguistic Code is alogical and universal systemequivalent to the genetic code.

Language is, by far, the mostimportant phenomenon of humannature.

Nevertheless, despite the advancesin science and technology, linguistsare unaware of the code that is the basis of every language process.

One of the most renown languageresearchers, Noam Chomsky, has

considered linguistics to be in a stateequivalent to what astronomy was before the theory of Copernicus. Thisis due to the unknown nature and processes of the General Code of

Language. The Code is a theoretical systemwith a biological basis reflected in thecommon traits of all the spokennatural tongues, or tongues of man.

The difficulty in discovering thecode arises in discerning thecommonor unnitive traits of language.

Due to the fact that languagesciences have been basically orientedtoward the search and description ofthe distinctive traits of all tongues, this code continues to remain veiled.

To speak of the complexity of the

linguistic process without knowing itscode, is like being unaware of theeight musical notes of the chromaticscale, yet discussing the complex traitsof a symphony, equivalent, in this

simile , to a spoken tongue. The linguistic code has been soughtafter by all, for some time, and evennow its structure is being looked into.

    However, no contemporary linguist

can claim its possession or familiarity, nor has any scientific report verifyingits discovery been published.

There is no book and no scientificcommunication where its structure orthe modules (blocks) that form it areshown.

It is interesting to note that theGenetic Code, proposed some decades

ago, allowed for great advances in themedical sciences. The impact of thecode of language will be equally felt.

Given that the code of language hasapplications in medicine as well as in

biomedical engineering, and thereforein all language sciences, its socialvalue goes beyond the limits oflinguistics.

Technology is now going through a

short period of stagnation, precisely because of this unknown code oflanguage.

This can be answered by means ofthe codes hypothesis of formation

formula . It defines thevowel as a phenomenon of basic oralkalinenature, and theconsonant as that ofan acidic nature, describing language

as a somatic or physical manifestation, whose value and origin isbiochemicaland not imitative.

It is a truism that the vitalequilibrium, commonly known as

health , occurs in the human body precisely because of the balance orharmony established betweenbasesand acids . However, linguists make noconnection between phonological

phenomena in the body and biochemical processes.

They describe words as if they werethe products of mechanical resonanceof thebuccal apparatus , sounds thathumans develop from infancy bymeans of a process of imitation andmimicry. Other researchers speak of aninnate acquisition of language, even ofa genetic basis, but they knownotwhere this innate linguistic code lies inman, nor what its elements are. This paper is an exposition of theGeneral Code of Language, whichrepresents, in our view, an importantdiscovery.

The entire material to be drawnupon is based on nearly 3,000 natural

tongues now spoken in the world.

From this general body of facts, theresearch will define and demonstratethat theunnitive or common traits ofall tongues are scarcelyeight.

What appears to be more complexis the description of the processes ofdecoding and the operations whichunify all the information suggested in asentence, in any tongue. From the particular use of the elements of aspecified tongue, as well as the specialtypes of combinations, a particularmap is constructed, corresponding tothe tongue selected for analysis. Thecode is apparently simple in itsformation, yet complex in itsapplication.

This is due to the various stepsrequired for the decoding processes ofhuman language.

The predictive nature of the changesthat occur in the system allows for theconstruction of a periodic table of theelements of language, in addition to a

synopticon of the various aspects oflanguage related to human behaviour, such as gestures, postures, glances and body positions.

The implications of this discoveryare scientific as well as military. Theapplication of its model to theconstruction of automata, orintelligent machines, makes this code adangerous tool in hands of a nationwhose ethics is not directed toward aclear humanism and welfare of man.

Despite the fact that many authorsinvoke the presence and the apparentknowledge of the code amonglinguists, none have presented itsstructure, as, in fact, did occur withthe genetic code, which was clearlydescribed by the scientists who presented it some 40 years ago.

The General Code of Language isthe first of many intangibles in thefield of language research. It is clear that a code exists not only todecipher a process whose operationsare unknown, but , in this case, togenerate new formations andcombinations of a particular spokentongue.

Also, can be perceived the value asa codifier of operations occurring inall processes of humancommunications. When linguists are asked about thedetails of the code of language, manynegate the possibility of its existence;the rest acknowledge its presence inall biological and grammaticaloperations, yet cannot describe itsstructure or elements. Moreover, mostlinguists suppose that the processes oflanguage are simply casual choicesmade by speakers.

Herein lies the delay in theadvancement of science.

Of the Logos which is as I describe it men always prove to be uncomprehending, both before theyhave heard it and when once they have heard it. For although all things happen according to thisLogos men are like people of no experience, evenwhen they experience such words and deeds as Iexplain, when I distinguish each thing according toits constitution declare how it is. But the rest of the men fail to notice what theydo after they wake up just as they forget what theydo when asleep.

    My Translation in Spanish:

De este Verbo que desde siempre existe, loshumanos quedan ignorantes, aunque lo han ododesde antes y lo oirn despus. Pues, aunque todas las cosas ocurren segn esteVerbo, los humanos lo ignoran. Y, sinembargo, usan lass mismas palabras yhacen las mismas cosas que yo digo y hago, separando ellos las cosas acorde a su naturaleza ydeclarando cmo es.

The most interesting part of the application isthe binary code of transcription theOdons andthen its replacement withcodons of the geneticcode. The genetic code is also used for storage andtransmission.
