MS-Access (AS BACK END)

Personal computer provides an excellent tool for scoring information in database can be so useful and crucial for any organizations.

In Ms-Access, we can not only create tables, queries, forms, and reports and retrieve information but also sort, manipulate and analyze that information’s to spot trends or patterns in data.

We can use MS-Access in two ways:-

The first way is to design and creating table, queries, forms and reports. The second way is to editing and manipulating of data.

So finally in short,

“MS-Access is the most sophisticated tool widely used for database application. Using MS-Access, we can manage all the information from a single database file.

A database is a collection of information related to the particular area or domain.

MS-Access is a RDBMS under windows. It is used to store and manipulate large amount of data , the data is stored in multiple tables & access allows us to setup relationship between the tables to facilitate data retrieval. MS-Access is an object oriented program i.e. every thing in MS-Access is an object, MS-Access has a number of component is the table object. Tables are object that holds the data and all related objects such as queries, reports that are used to manage this data in tables.”

Page 17: Synopsis of bus information system

FUTURE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

SINCE THIS SYSTEM WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION ,THUS SUCCESS OVER LONG PERIOD OF TIME AND RELIANCE OF ORGANIZATION OVER THE TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT.

AT PRESENT EVERY ORGANIZATION IS USING OWN TRANSPORT FOR THEIR PROPER FUNCTIOING,SO THIS FULLFILLED MANY DREAMS WHICH COMES BE TRUE.

FURTHERMORE IF THIS PROJECT WILL BE UPLOADED ,IT CAN BE USED TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.IT CAN INCREASE THE CALIVER OF THE ORGANIZATION.
