AIM AND OBJECTIVES

As we know that when water from height are falling down in the pipe, it create sound which may disturb human beings .

Our main aim to reduce the sound which occurs during water flowing in the pipe.

Targeted remedies

By increasing the density of pipe.

By reducing coefficient of friction between inside wall of pipe and flowing water.

TROUBLESHOOTING WE FACED…….

PROBLEM CAUSES REMEDIES

1. Material was not melt properly

1. Low temperature of barrel and die

1. Increased barrel and die temp.

2. Breaking of pipe 1. Low melt strength.

1. Reduced screw rpm.

2. Reduced speed of catterpillar

3. Flow lines 1. Poor mixing 1. Use correct screw design
