ChemicalsThe nine-strong Clear Solution range gives outstanding cleaning in a variety of environments and is designed to work with SYR’s mopping equipment. The chemical separates out grease and dirt, meaning the water stays cleaner so can be used for longer. It also cleans the mophead. Space Saver Trolleys
Light and manoeuvrable, our Space Saver trolleys are compatible with a fantastic choice of add-on equipment and can be designed to meet specific needs. Where storage space is at a premium, the trolley achieves a footprint of just 51cm x 57cm – the same as an average mop bucket. SYR’s unique patented docking station means waste bins and mobile mopping buckets can be linked and wheeled along with the trolley as one unit; a docking base allows for a mobile mopping combo to slide in. Add a waste bag, apron, lid, bracket to hold a safety sign, hand bucket, slide-in bin and mobile waste bin. There’s a fully enclosed version with lockable door to carry chemicals safely.
The Strutocart mobile cleaning trolley is a real workhorse, while the compact cleaner’s cart is a budget solution. The Continental range also includes a folding waste cart and multi-purpose carry & laundry cart.
Light and mobile, Rapid Mop is ideal for daytime cleaning in lightly soiled areas. The alloy handle has a 480ml internal reservoir and the thumb operated sprayer control on the top provides a triple output spray to moisten the floor ahead. While the UK premises in Lye, West Midlands, is the global base for research and development, SYR also has factories and offices in North America, China and mainland Europe.
SYR set up a division in St Joseph, Missouri, in 1994, having worked with McDonald’s in the USA since 1976.
To service customers in the Far East, Australia and the Middle East, SYR established a base in Ningbo, south of Shanghai, in 2005. It made SYR the only company in the manual cleaning industry to establish a Chinese factory to sell its products to the Chinese.
In 2012 the decision was made to strengthen the company’s position across Europe. A new division, based in Landgraaf, The Netherlands, was formed, building on the experience in the market of Roger Klunder and Tom Jacobs.

Showcasing our sprayersSYR’S trigger spray division is proud to be showcasing SYRSpray, with its new, unique and improved piston providing a more powerful, higher output of 1.5ml per stroke. That’s 50% more than regular triggers – without sacrificing the low activation required to operate the trigger, maintaining ease of use and reduc-ing hand strain.
SYRSpray has a fully adjustable rotating nozzle, so you simply ‘dial’ a spray pattern to suit the applica-tion, from gentle mist to drenching stream.
“When you pull the trigger you get a bigger shot so there is less effort in dispensing the chemical, perfect for higher usage environments – that’s unique to us,” says vice- chairman Vernon Holmes. “Look out for the SYR logo on the trigger to ensure you are buying the best.”
SYRSpray is a result of the invest-ment which has been poured into the sprayer division as part of the expansion into Europe. Thanks to new tooling, new moulds and new machinery, there’s a greatly extend-ed range and service.
Our quality spray bottles are moulded from heavy duty translu-cent polyethylene and come with built-in calibration markings, making chemical dilution easy for the user.
SYR is also delighted to offer a bespoke design and printing service, meaning you can have your own personalised sprayer bottles printed with your logo, special message, service or promotion.
We can design your artwork and print in up to three colours on either our 600ml oval or 750ml cylindrical bottles. Special packaging can be
