Definition This KPI counts the number of seconds during which one or multiple error bits

occur within 15 minutes or 24 hours.

Description Time during which the percent of error blocks of the total blocks is at least

30% in a statistics period

Definition This KPI counts the number of seconds during which the proportion between

the number of error blocks and the total number of blocks is at least 30% in a

statistics period (15 minutes or 24 hours).

Description Number of error blocks not contained in SES

Definition This counter counts the number of error blocks not contained in SES.

Description The UAS status is detected after 10 consecutive SESs occur. The starting time

of UAS is counted from the first second after 10 consecutive SESs occur. When

Description Percent of power higher than the specified high power threshold (you can set

the high power threshold (RL High Threshold) through Configure > Radio Linkin the LMT interface)

Definition This KPI counts the percent of power higher than the high power threshold

of ODU.

Description Normally, 99.9% of the receiving level is lower than the value of this KPI. The

smaller the difference between this value and the average value, the smaller

interference of the periodical burst signal.

Definition This KPI calculates the threshold value of receiving level larger than 99.9%

of the receiving level.

3.10 0.1% RSLName 0.1% RSL

Description Normally, 0.1% of the receiving level is lower than the value of this KPI. The

smaller the difference between the average value and this value, the smaller

fading interference of the periodical burst signal.

Definition This KPI calculates the threshold value of receiving level smaller than 0.1%

of the receiving level.

4.2 SDH Regenerator Section Statistics

Description The UAS status is detected after 10 consecutive SESs occur at the regenerator

section. The starting time of UAS is counted from the first second after 10

consecutive SESs occur at the regenerator section. When 10 consecutive

non-SESs occur at the regenerator section, the UAS status is cancelled.

Definition This KPI counts the time from the first second after 10 consecutive SESs occur

to the last second before 10 consecutive non-SESs occur at the regenerator

section.

4.3.1 MS-UASName Multiplex Section Unavailable Second

Description The UAS status is detected after 10 consecutive SESs occur at the multiplex

section. The starting time of UAS is counted from the first second after 10

consecutive SESs occur at the multiplex section. When 10 consecutive

non-SESs occur at the multiplex section, the UAS status is cancelled.

Definition This KPI counts the time from the first second after 10 consecutive SESs occur

to the last second before 10 consecutive non-SESs occur at the multiplex

section.
