A horizontal carousel is an automated storage and retrieval device consisting of a series of linked vertical storage bins mountedon a horizontal oval track. When activated, the bins rotate to bring the required items to the operator or an automated picker.The carousel operation can be controlled by a simple foot switch, push-button microprocessor controls or via software.

Lightree III I™ pick-to-light operationThe vertical Lightree III systems, aligned with every shelf level onthe Horizontal Carousel, show operators where to pick and howmuch to pick from the carousel to provide the highest levels ofproductivity and accuracy. The modules can be adapted forunique and specific require-ments. Each module has a large, one-inch, dual color, 10 character alphanumeric display plus two direction arrows.
